badges. The Symposium fee includes admittance to all technical sessions, and
a soft-cover copy of the Symposium Proceedings (except for students, retirees,
one-day, and guest registrants). Details of evening and social events are provided

The Advance Registration form must be received by FASS by September 7, 2001. Postmarks do not apply. Each registrant must complete a separate Advance Registration Form. The remittance is payable, in US Dollars only, by personal or company check drawn on a US Bank, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Bank drafts, foreign currency, and purchase orders will not be accepted. On-site registration must be made in US dollars.
